Eczema on Face – Clear Away Facial Rash
Facial eczema is more problematic because you cannot hide it from the public unless you wear a scarf or covering of some sort. And even if you do manage to cover it up the rash will not be receiving the fresh air it needs to give it some chance to heal. So getting rid of facial eczema is paramount. When you have eczema on other parts of your body you can cover it up in some way. When I suffered with eczema, I remember wearing gloves in the height of summer. Fortunately I do not have to cover any part of my body now because I am totally eczema free. What I did to eliminate my eczema was to look at the foods I was eating. If you eat good foods, healthy, nutritious, rejuvenating foods your body will heal itself from illness. One of the foods I looked at was fats. There are good and bad fats but the majority of us tend to consume the bad fats. These fats are detrimental to your health and will tend to make your eczema worse in the long term. Foods that you need to watch out for are every day foods such as biscuits, peanut butter, soups, chocolate, cereals, chips and desserts. On your trips to the supermarket you need to be aware of the contents of the foods your chose. Watch out for high levels of hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils and trans fatty acids. More reasons to stay away from trans fatty acids are:#1 - If you consume trans fatty acids they will tend to interfere with cell respiration depriving your cells of oxygen.#2 - When you eat mostly bad fats containing trans fatty acids you risk an increase of fat storage.#3 - Trans fatty acids tend to limit fluidity of cell membranes and makes them leakier. All manner of toxin and waste products will pass through cell walls.#4 - Trans fatty acids increase bad cholesterol increasing your chance of heart disease.
